Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking according to the following rules:
- 48+ hours before scheduled puja: Full refund minus a small processing fee (approx. 5%).
- Within 48 hours of scheduled puja: No refund is possible as preparations and temple coordination are already completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are eligible in the following cases:
- If the puja could not be performed due to temple closures or unforeseen circumstances on our end.
- If there is a technical error resulting in double payment for the same booking.
- If we fail to provide the promised service (e.g., video recording if it was part of the package).
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Service already performed.
- Prasad that has already been dispatched.
- Bookings where incorrect name/gotra was provided by the user and the puja was performed based on that info.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your Booking ID. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
