By accessing and using the Dham Setu website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Services Provided

Dham Setu facilitates religious services (Pujas, Rituals) at various temples. We act as a bridge between the devotee and the temple/priest. While we strive for the highest authenticity, the actual performance of the ritual depends on temple availability and local customs.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to confirmation. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen temple closures, local festivals, or technical issues. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information (Name, Gotra, Phone Number, Address) for the effective performance of the puja and delivery of Prasad. Dham Setu is not responsible for any errors in the ritual or delivery due to incorrect information provided by the user.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dham Setu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee any specific spiritual outcome from the rituals performed.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttarakhand, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
